So you want to start out in Hotel Catering. This is a hospitality job that is in high demand and you should definitely consider it, but only if you are partial to food, as this is what the job entails! You don't need to have any higher education to do this, in fact most establishments will take on someone who has their own set of skills, but why not raise yourself above the competition if you can? That being said, you should definitely invest in a decent culinary school that will educate you on the finer points of food.

There are many fine culinary schools out there, some that are more expensive to enter than others. If you just want to gain a few skills though you can always visit a night school or a graduate school. This is one field that a certification or degree will take you far in, even if you can start out at the bottom from absolute scratch.

These events could be weddings, conferences, parties, and just about anything you can imagine!
