This candidate will ensure proper training and
supervision of all room service personnel and Morsel coffee shop
attendants to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that
complies with the Omni Food and Beverage standards and company
policies and procedures. The applicant will monitor Room
Service Deliveries while maintaining exceptional Medallia
scores. Candidate must have exceptional communication skills,
have the ability to increase team morale and create leaders within
their department. Must be able to work flexible shifts
including weekends and holidays.
Must have 3-5 years experience in a hotel environment,
preferably a 4 Diamond hotel. Some experience in Room Service
atmosphere. Must have excellent communication skills, with
ability to train and mentor staff. Desired results oriented with
a keen eye on Quality service details and products.
