Quick Serve Restaurant Assistant Manager needed in Hanover, MA.
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager who is Outgoing, has great customer service skills, is guest focused, loves to have fun at work and can work with and relate well with the staff.
The Manager will oversee the entire operation of the store and reports to the General Manager. He/she will assist in staffing the store, overseeing inventory, scheduling, bank deposits, advertising and marketing, and sending in daily/weekly/monthly financial reports. The Manager will also assist in the hiring process and perform other duties as assigned.
Duties & Essential Job Functions:
The Manager will be responsible for store openings and closings and all tasks associated with these functions; coordinating and overseeing a staff of employees and at all times making sure the store is clean and running efficiently. The Manager will help the staff in up-selling to maximize sales revenue. It is also the Manager’s duty to interact with the customers and make sure that they are enjoying their experience.
The position pays a compensation package greater than $35,000 a year.
