Safeguard all assets for the company within the Cage. Maintain and supervise all Cage team members on assigned shift.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Adhere strictly to all gaming regulations.
Supervises and train Cage team members.
Verify cash turn-ins from operating departments.
Verify various types of cash payouts.
Verify cashier’s banks.
Verify accountability to determine daily revenue.
Verify daily bank deposit on revenue.
Approve customer credit within prescribed limits.
Work all positions as needed.
Must be able to work any shift
Understanding of all equipment.
Maintain accuracy of all transactions.
Team member scheduling.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Strong problem solving, coaching, and consulting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledgeable of Colorado gaming regulations and laws.
Fully competent in Microsoft Office.

Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

Extraordinary customer service skills
Required Education and Work Experience:
Five (5) years cage experience.
Ten key and computer experience.
Light typing required.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Must know basic and intermediate math.
Must be familiar with Cage operations.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working conditions with staff, other department personnel and customers.
