Description This individual will partner with the management team to oversee our award winning four star restaraunt ensuring our guests receive the ultimate dining experience. Areas of responsibility include Restaurant/Lounge, In-Room Dining and Cafe. Supervises daily restaurant operations, maintains sanitation standards and assists service staff on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and grand performers satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. Responsible for team of Dining Room Captains, Servers, Bartenders, Server Assistants, Barbacks, Cocktail Servers, Room Service Servers and Cafe Servers.
