Wyndham Hotel Group's Managed Hotel Division is growing its business and seeking a General Manager currently in the Miami area.
The General Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel.
Desired Skills & Experience
A minimum of 6 years progressive experience as a GM; Solid operations experience with strong business and financial acumen, leadership capability, ability to support sales and drive revenue, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a record of success; A strategic thinker with the ability to help plan and execute on strategy; Will have strong analytical skills, be results oriented, and the ability to motivate and lead a team to success; Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships; Will have the ability to manage change and transition when necessary; 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major preferred.
