Previous reservation agent experience preferred. Opera experience would be a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word. Bi-Lingual English and Spanish is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing
Provide a 5 Diamond Service to our guests. Answer reservation calls. Respond to reservations emails including travel agent/wholesale requests in timely manner. Communicate special requests throughout departments in the resort to ensure 5 Diamond Service Expectations are met and exceeded.
