They are dedicated to the customer’s experience in the restaurant, as well as making sure the restaurant is running smoothly. Whether it is our knowledgeable FOH staff or our talented BOH staff, we aim to surpass our own accomplishments and be recognized as a leader in our industry. As a Restaurant Manager for us, you would be responsible for guest relations, keeping an eye out for the best hourly staff, and ensuring the quality of our meals is up to par.
We're currently looking for a Restaurant General Manager at one of our New Orleans restaurants. This person should have an eye for talent, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed.
4 years of current Upscale Casual Restaurant General Manager experience
High Volume background required; must have history of Managing restaurants doing in excess of $5 million per year
A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous six years
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees and Management
Ability to build sales and rapport in the community
