About this role
Our team members are our link to our food and our guests.
Whether you’re talking to our guests or preparing their meals, each role is important! We work as a team and learn to make great food while giving our guests a “wow” experience.
This will be your first stop on our career path and together, we’ll work toward helping you grow into the next role at KFC eleven.
Our team members make our authentic, inviting culture. Job responsibilities will vary depending on where you’re working, but, in general, here are the areas where your work matters:
Food Building (preparation and delivery of our food)
Guest Relations (customer service)
Culture Cultivation (creating the desired culture)
Restaurant Readiness (maintenance and cleanliness)
Inventory Efficiency (following portion guidelines)
Pride Patrol (quality assurance)

Additional Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining fast, accurate service and 100% positive guest relations.
Make sure every guest is greeted with a smile.
Interact with guests, receive orders and process sales and monies. Make sure every guest is thanked for their business and invited to return.
Do what you can to create a “wow” experience for guests, exceeding expectations along the way!
Learn the menu and be able to describe items to guests.
Ensure the quality of food products is consistent with company standards.
Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes.
Maintain proper portion control and consistently monitor food levels on the line.
Maintain proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing food.
Accurately use checklists and other prep sheets.
Follow sanitation guidelines, including cleaning up cookware and utensils, etc., throughout the day.
The ideal candidate for the Team Member position:
Wants to have fun serving great food to our guests!
Must be at least 16 years of age
Has a strong work ethic and displays a cheerful and helpful attitude
Is a team player and develops positive working relationships with the rest of the team
Has the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees
Has the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times
Has good attendance and punctuality
Has a passion and commitment for providing exceptional customer service.
Can adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency.
Follows company policies and procedures, recipes and sanitation guidelines.
Has the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and dining room.
Has knowledge of the menu and substitutions
High School Diploma or GED preferred
