Assist with driving Talent Management strategies throughout the FSSC in partnership with the Training Manager and FSSC Leadership.
Collaborate with the Training Manager and FSSC leadership on the co-creation and execution of the people strategy to include workforce planning, developmental areas, internal movement opportunities, career paths, succession planning as well as talent acquisition and retention strategies. This strategy must align to the overall FSSC business development plan.
Coordinate all phases of talent management such as succession planning, talent assessment, talent pipelines and selection processes.
Facilitate training, to include on-boarding, orientation and the delivery of corporate training initiatives
Facilitates activities in the employee life cycle (orientation to termination) as it relates to the FSSC. Communicates status, issues and resolutions to the Training Manager and related work groups.
Participates in the development and distribution of policies, processes and communications.
Supports the Training manager to provide creative direction on and develop targeted communications.
Develop selection process elements for new functions added to the FSSC – including all elements of training, skill assessment, testing process and interview process.
In partnership with the Training Manager, works to assess training and development needs and assist with implementation of initiatives to close identified gaps based in part on employees’ goal plans, performance evaluations, skill sets and surveys.
Leading training activities including the development, maintenance, and presentation of training materials including the following: training slides, interactive tutorials and recorded demonstrations, user tests, quick reference guide, surveys, etc.
Administrate a tailored training program across the FSSC including systems, processes, policies and leadership.
Administer processes for career development, such as mentorship and cross-training.
Coordinate the FSSC hiring process (working closely with HR) such as job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, testing recruits, and on-boarding as well as utilization of existing training resources, tools and techniques.
Coordinate and administer the performance evaluation process for the FSSC.
Analyze performance evaluation results as inputs to succession planning process and possible training opportunities.
Assist with employee recognition committee coordination including coordinate and plan events and initiatives. FSSC employee events include (picnics, bowling tournaments, etc.).
Coordinate training events to include facility planning, registration and logistics, audiovisual, and room set-up to support the existing organization’s needs as well as needs arising from new positions, departments or functions.
Coordinate position changes for HR impacted special projects including large-scale consolidations (position requirement development, personnel elimination, temporary staffing, etc.).
Performs other job related duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of the following computer software programs: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio and Outlook.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, and/or related field.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
