Position Title:
Director of Restaurant Marketing - Catering, Weddings, Prestige/Luxury Events
Award-winning fine dining icon in the fine dining restaurant industry in California is seeking an experienced Marketing executive to drive On-Site and Off-Site Catering Marketing programs, targeting the Luxury / Lifestyle market.
Qualified Candidates will have experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven background in developing innovative, successful Catering programs both on-site and off-site.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and activate the Catering Marketing plan with focus on Special Events, Weddings, Elite Catering, both On-site and Off-site
- Develop Marketing program for West Coast Catering, including online, social media, districtive marketing collateral
- Analyze sales data to drivecatering marketing strategy & decisions
