Job Profile
The Food Server at King’s Fish House is our ambassador of Seafood to all of our guests. They are responsible for guiding our guests through a comprehensive menu that allows them to open up their minds to new and exciting seasonal dishes and specialty drinks. They perform all steps of our service pattern, which leads the guest from beverage to final check to ensure that all their expectations were met.
All crewmember positions provide friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guest service that goes above and beyond at all times. Each crewmember contributes and excels in team service environment. Each position is responsible for understanding and following all company standards and guidelines, and performs opening, on-going, and closing side-work duties.
It’s a perfect time to join King’s Fish House. With 12 restaurants throughout Southern California and Nevada, we are growing at a rate of three to four new restaurants per year, with plans to expand into Arizona and Northern California. We’re looking for restaurant crewmembers that have high levels of energy and enthusiasm; a positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude; and a passion for great food.
