Our firm is looking for an experienced marketing coordinator in our Washington, DC office.
The marketing coordinator serves as the marketing liaison for the federal government relations team and additional practice groups as needed.
This position provides unique opportunities to be involved with our lobbyists, attorneys, and clients.
Some of the many responsibilities are as follows:
- Marketing Communications:
updating bios; assisting with media relations; coordinating speaking opportunities; tracking and communicating lobbying successes using Representative Matters database.
- Business Development:
assembling brochures and pitch books; assisting with responses to RFP's; overseeing firm events and seminars; identifying cross selling opportunities.
Supporting lateral recruitment; other projects as assigned.
The successful candidate will hold a BA/BS degree (Business, Marketing, and/or Communication majors preferred),
have worked for at least three years in a marketing function from within a professional services environment, possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and have a strong aptitude in Microsoft Office applications.
