Candidate will be responsible for setting up and serving hot and cold items on the Sunday Brunch buffet in the Swann Lounge.
Other duties may include assisting servers and running food from the kitchen.
The candidate may have the opportunity to pick up shifts in other Food and Beverage outlets based upon business needs.
Candidates must enjoy guest contact, have good communication skills and have previous Food & Beverage experience.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, and enjoy interacting with guests.
