We are looking for a Concierge. When visiting our apartment community for the first time, very often the first person you meet will be our concierge. We recognize that first impressions make all the difference, and the ideal candidate understands the importance of a smile and friendly handshake. Providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents is essential. The Concierge is a Customer Service position. The ideal candidate must be able to address the needs and concerns of current residents in a friendly and professional manner. A successful Concierge must have strong organizational abilities, follow-up skills, and an attention to the little details that often make all the difference with current and prospective residents Are you the right person for the Job?
