Company The London West Hollywood, luxury hotel located in West Hollywood, is looking for a Bellperson. Are you passionate about providing service to the guests? Do you like attention to details and servicing others? We are looking for you.
Job The Bellperson is responsible for assisting with the check-in/check-out processes and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Bellman is also responsible for rooming the guest and giving room / hotel tours. Job requirements

To be successful in this role, a High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in a luxury hotel environment or a related field preferred is preferred. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must adhere to the company service standards in all guest interactions. Must demonstrate a Never say no attitude and a drive for customer service excellence. Must have a valid California driver's license. Flexibility in hours and overtime is required.& amp; amp; amp; amp; lt; /span> Heavy lifting - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly. Lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects for various distances. Ability to stand during entire shift. To be successful in this role You will need to possess eagerness and enthusiasm. You must be experienced and love what you do. You will get all the support you need and desire and we will help you to push to the next level of quality. 1 Year minimum experience in a luxury hotel environment as a bell person is required. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Bilingual a plus EOE/M/F/D/V
