Mosaic Bar and Grille-Host(ess)/Pool & Recreation Host

Job Profile
The Mosaic Host(ess)/Pool & Recreation Attendant will immediately meet/greet all guests upon entering the outlet in a professional, polite, and courteous manner.
Provide setup assistance for guests at either the pools/patio/beach.
Gather necessary info from resort guests. Notify server of new guests in their section.
Provide guests with waters, menus, and pool amenities. Assist servers with service, special requests, opening/closing side duties.
Responsible for the guest’s positive dining experience while at the resort, maintaining Mosaic standards at all times.
Strong communication skills to ensure guest and associate safety.
Practice safe lifting techniques with the ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Must be available to work holiday and weekends. Full availability required. Minimum of two years experience in public contact or customer service position required. Preferred restaurant/hospitality experience. High School or equivalent education required.
