Cook Location: Columbia SC Position Category: Environmental and Food Services Description Cook Position Summary Reviews menu, assembles food supplies and equipment for daily short order grill production following instructions and assignment by supervisor. Prepares menu items using established food production systems and utilizing equipment within cooking area. Follows recipe and other production information to complete preparation of assigned menu items. Performs other tasks as needed/directed to facilitate workflow in kitchen and food distribution areas. . Prior Institutional cooking experience is desired. *Licensure/Certification : N/A * Professional Experience One year of short order cooking experience required, preferably in a hospital setting.
