To assist restaurant servers with clearing & resetting tables, room service deliveries and food running. To maintain the cleanliness of the dining room in the restaurant.

Performs any necessary pre-shift sidework.
Become thoroughly familiar with all items on the menu including the ingredients, preparation, sauces, and garnishes.
Answer room service phone, take accurate orders, communicate with kitchen and enter into the Micros system.
Understand Micros tickets; track timing on food delivery
Maintains constant communication with kitchen for room service orders and delivery of food in the dining room.
Maintain cleanliness and organize storage areas for beer and wine.
Anticipates guests’ needs.
Practices “clean as you go” techniques of service, including refolding napkins and cleaning between courses, and keeping dining room clean, neat, and available for guest requests at all times.
Maintain cleanliness in game room, lounge and bar area; restock ice, beer and wine for bartenders
Completes assigned side work and resets tables for the next meal period.
Greets and ensures all guests are provided with water and bread and butter after being seated.
Addresses all guest feedback with utmost confidence, grace and concern for the guest’s satisfaction
Completes assigned side work and resets tables for the next meal function.
Is a team player and interacts with all guests and fellow associates in a positive and friendly
Required Qualifications
High School diploma preferredEnergetic, enthusiastic and motivational individual
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to implement and uphold service standards
Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
Ability to interact with all associates and guests of the resort
Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
Varied schedule based on business levels. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
