Sales Manager Position Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is looking for an energetic Sales Manager with a “Go Getter” attitude. This position is based out of Denver but person will also be responsible for our Breckenridge location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the retention, development and growth of group and restaurant sales in order to exceed sales goals for both Denver and Breckenridge. You will solicit group business through cold calling, sales calls, site visits and through relationships with local businesses, concierges, meeting planners and hotel and convention sales teams,. You will also be responsible for generating incremental sales to the restaurant by seeking additional opportunities that will increase traffic and sales to the restaurant and retail store. Additional responsibilities include: Manage track, and grow hotel referral program Membership participation in local hospitality associations All administration as pertains to group sales including but not limited to client proposals, menu development, contracts, deposits and account reconciliation Track all leads, contacts and accounts through Salesforce.com Maintain accurate records of all group sales and report sales weekly/monthly. All internal communication to the managers as pertains to group business Remain up-to-date on all local trends and events in the area and act as primary communicator of all pertinent information to management team Establish relationships with key persons within hospitality industry while acting as brand ambassador of Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
