to our team in the DENVER

This position will be responsible for:
conducting customer transactions, supervising and training branch employees, managing and controling cash flow - conduct bank transactions as needed, maintaining branch safety and security standards, documenting and resolving customer service issues, completing and reporting weekly branch audits, monitoring and reporting branch financial performance, leading collection efforts on past due loans, and ensuring loans are in compliance with company and federal, state, and local laws.
The ideal candidate will have: strong customer service skills, management experience, ability to train and develop employees, cash handling experience, experience in collections, retail or restaurant service experience with profit and loss responsibility, excellent time management skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
