Event Coordinator

Job Profile
Event Coordinators are the company liaison with the event client. Operational
duties include creating floor diagrams, detailing event specifics, communicating with all operational departments to insure that all client requirements are fulfilled; coordinating move-in/move-out of trade shows, exhibits, conferences, catered events.
This is not a marketing, sales or PR position.
Requires ability to deliver high quality customer service to clients, in a prompt and efficient manner. Position requires ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs-from move-in to move out of assigned events-including evenings and weekends. Min. requirements are a college degree (preferably in Hospitality management); some experience with event planning and execution; computer skills including facility with MS Office; ability to communicate professionally via ****; email: ****.
