Associate's Degree Supervises all areas of the main kitchen. Ensures the utilization of sanitary food handling practices for the prevention of food borne illnesses. Works with dietitian to meet any nutritional needs of the residents, monitors inventory, prepares supply orders. Assures the quality, safety, and proper storage of supplies. Assists Director in interviews and selection of new employees; trains, evaluates, disciplines, and schedules assigned staff.Supervises reporting staff and performs administrative duties. Performs duties of cook and other positions in the department as required. Must be able to work every other weekend.
