check-out procedures and policies.
• Be familiar
with guest scenarios.

technical equipment as related to the Front Desk.

To be familiar with all hotel facilities.
• To be
familiar with general organization set-up.
• To be
familiar with the inter-relationship between the different
departments.
Requirements
Front Desk experience in a full service hotel preferred.
Must have strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skils, both verbal and written
Must possess strong computer skills
Epitome knowledge a plus
Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and
holidays
Able to stand for the duration of the shift
Outgoing personality, passionate and enthusiastic service
oriented individual needed
