ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT FOOD AND EXCELLENT SERVICE Restaurant Managers & Restaurant General Managers needed for popular full service family dining concept. MUST HAVE CASUAL DINING RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE!! We are looking for outgoing people with at least 2-3 years of recent salaried restaurant management experience & good tenure, preferably in a full service, casual dining or family dining concept. Should have P&L skills, product knowledge, some computer skills, excellent employee and customer service skills and the ability to work varied schedules. This group currently has 19 units operating in the Houston area with full service/full bar 5,000-8,000sq/ft restaurants. Excellent training program! If you're looking for a dynamic environment that will allow you to grow and pursue multi unit opportunities, this could be your ticket! You need *ability to maintain & increase sales *proven track record of building positive relationships with guests, employees & vendors *demonstrated ability to train and develop hourly employees *kitchen experience and fluent Spanish a definite plus If this is something that you would be interested in, please forward your resume in a word document.
