Layoffs at Chase unit indicates fewer homeowners lag on mortgages

In a move that will affect 121 jobs, an unit of JPMorgan Chase is closing its Coppel facility. An analysis says that looking at it economically it may be a good thing as fewer employees are needed to assist home owners who are falling behind in their payments, whose numbers are also dropping. The employees will be provided assistance in gaining employment in other locations of Chase or in other companies
