Hospitality Manager Jobs description

A hospitality manager directs the overall operation of a hotel to maximize performance, profitability, and return on investment. By fostering a positive and productive work environment, a hospitality manager strives to ensure superior guest service and compliance with quality and operational standards. The hospitality manager also directs the food and beverage, kitchen, conference and banquets, accounts, housekeeping, and maintenance teams in their daily operations. Other primary responsibilities of a hospitality manager include developing and implementing marketing plans, supporting and driving human resources as a strategic business partner, and ensuring that quality and service standards are met.

Hospitality managers often have a degree in hotel management or hospitality management and 4-5 years of working experience in the field. Beyond that, hospitality managers must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A good command of English is also required for most hospitality manager jobs.
