 JOB SUMMARY

The Global Cards team is responsible for driving material profit and customer engagement to Marriot International in 2023, with significant growth goals in subsequent years. Cards is an exciting and growing part of the business and is a critical pillar in the company’s growth plans in the coming years. The Cobrand Capabilities team is responsible for driving the development and implementation of data and technical capabilities to increase cardmember acquisitions and optimize the customer experience.

The Manager, Partner Program Management, Capabilities is a critical member of the Cobrand Card team supporting the execution and roadmap that supports the business’s current needs and future growth strategy. The new team member will provide oversight and execution of day-to-day iT and data operations activities by working closely with bank partners, Cobrand marketing teams, and internal partners.

This requires working closely with the Cobrand marketing team as well as internal/external stakeholders to support ongoing offer and benefit delivery. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for the triage and remediation of any delivery issues while keeping all internal stakeholders (including our customer servicing team) updated on the status of any issues.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required

4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related professional area

2 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance

Excellent project management and verbal and written communication skills required, especially in the context of managing processes and delivering analysis across diverse stakeholder set

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Drive execution to enable cobrand to develop and deploy products and benefits to enable growth and customer experience ambition by working closely with the bank partners, Cobrand Marketing teams and iT partners responsible for iT operations.

Oversee the set up and (if needed) remediation for all Cobrand offers and benefit delivery.

Own the relationship with Cobrand stakeholders to ensure the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of information flow to enable the best customer / marketing experience for cardmembers.

Provide project management by working across organizations on technology and data management activities to ensure organization and alignment of required activities by stakeholders.

Provide continuous process improvement to ensure that Cobrand IT and data activities are meeting key metrics for success.

Present updates to leadership on activity successes, issues, and action planning.

The salary range for this position is $81,525.00 to $174,271.00 annually.

Colorado Applicants Only:

The salary range for this position is $81,525.00 to $158,430.00 annually.

New York City & Westchester County, NY Applicants Only:

The salary range for this position is $98,644.00 to $174,271.00 annually.

Washington Applicants Only:

The salary range for this position is $81,525.00 to $174,271.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.4616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
