The Tubing Park Attendant has an excellent sense of awareness, can handle difficult situations with a calm caring manner and knows what it takes to go \u201cabove and beyond\u201d for our guests. This position provides top-level customer service with guests face to face.  Attendants are responsible for ticket security, crowd control,  setup or take down of tubing hill, correct handling of emergency situations, and the performance of assigned tasks not necessarily related to this specific job, but essential to the successful operation of the resort. Takes initiative to get any and all jobs completed accurately with proficiency and is someone who willing to go above and beyond when the situation calls for it. 
Responsibilities

Opening or Closing procedures. Activities include but are not limited to setting up or taking down of fencing, signs, stop mats, garbage cans and other assigned duties.
Set up or take down of tube inventory depending on lane availability
Ensure all guests have and are wearing the proper ticket.
Aid guests by watching guests exit the lift and give assistance to those who need it.
Pick up dropped clothing, or other belongings for guests and return them to the owner or takes items to lost and found in the Tubing lodge.
Provide superior service to guests (internal and external) by following resort etiquette guidelines while interacting with guests. Be knowledgeable of resort services in order to be able to respond to guest inquiries. Respond to all guests and employees in a courteous, efficient manner. Smile, we are ambassadors to the mountain experience!
Monitor tubing lanes and help guests adhere to the safety rules and maintain crowd control. 
Responsible for monitoring hours worked and taking breaks on time to abide by State of Washington Minor Work laws
Perform assigned tasks not necessarily related to this specific job, but essential to the successful operation of the resort.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
 
In high school or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position is for those who are 16 years of age & older.
