The Hilton Career Development Program in Chicago affords recent graduates in Hospitality, or other related fields, the opportunity to rotate throughout three (3) distinctly different Hilton managed hotels, all within the same city. This hands-on leadership development program will shape dynamic, best-in-class Leaders, and can accelerate growth opportunities within the six (6) Hilton-managed properties in the Chicago region.

Team Members will work 35-40 hours per week, with compensation of $22 per hour full benefits package to include, health/dental/vision insurance, generous PTO plan, 401k with employer match, and more.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a full-time college student, currently pursuing a BA/BS Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field or

• A recent graduate in Hospitality or other related fields

• Possesses a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher

• Can be on-site and work at assigned hotel or resort

• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel as well as navigating the internet

• Can legally work in the US without employment sponsorship
