Profile

We are looking for a McDonald’s barista who is well-spoken, energetic, enthusiastic, and a fast learner. We have a team-oriented work environment and need individuals who are motivated to excel and enjoy their work environment.

Responsibilities:

Educating guests on our drink selections and making recommendations.

Gives excellent and friendly customer service.

Accurate cash handling and operation of POS system.

Stocking out pastries, cookies, etc. for sale. Restocking products as necessary.

Provides high-level coffee service during busy hours, includes making a variety of espresso and non-espresso drinks.

Up-keeping our high cleanliness standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Must be able to work 8-hour shifts.

Team player, flexible enough to pitch in where needed to get the job done.

Requirements, qualities, skills, knowledge, and abilities to be a McDonald’s Barista:

Great customer service skills.

Knowledge of, or ability to learn, how brewing equipment, slushie, and milkshake machines operate.

You should also be able to work various shifts.

Patience and the ability to handle stress.
