Cafe Manager Jobs
A cafe manager is responsible for the successful operation of a cafe. A cafe manager hires, trains, manages, and oversees cafe staff to ensure customers receive the highest level of service. A cafe manager develops and implements policies and procedures for the establishment. Responsibilities include developing vendors, planning and maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety of staff, customers, and equipment on the premises. A cafe manager is also responsible for good housekeeping and cleanliness.A cafe manager job requires adequate experience in a similar business for at least 3-5 years. Persons having a college degree are preferred. A cafe manager may be required to obtain CPR, first aid, and AED certifications.
